On the 2nd day of OISMUN, the committee of special conference was working on the crisis topic. The discussion was about how Israel attacked Syria and how the latter returned the attack. Israel retired for a while because they lost a lot of troops. In this committee, the delegates were working on this topic in order to find solutions. Every delegate who had a suggestion for a solution should directly presents it to the main-submitter. The delegates then choose whether to approve the solutions or not. As a result, a lot of these were not accepted, while some got approved. Definitely, the tweets kept showing during the conference. After a while, the committee profoundly discussed the crisis. The delegation of the United States of America made a speech to present their deepest sorrow. There was a debate between the delegate of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the delegation of the Republic of Poland following the speech the United States of America made, and the discussion the president of Israeli had with the delegates. The Ecosoc commission has discussed two different topics that were very remarkable. We will show you how the countries in the commission managed to take serious actions to solve these following problems: Shouldn’t we be honest? Bankruptcy has become a fast-spreading phenomenon and a lot of countries are involved in it. There are a lot of threatened countries such as Greece, the United States of America, the Republic of Portugal and many other countries, are doing their best to ensure their economic health. The committee was discussing the debts between the countries and the possibility for a country to help pay other another one’s debt. There were independent fair trade agreements between some of the countries; one of these was between The United States of America and Greece, and it should consist of the following: Reducing trade barriers; Reducing the quotas of marketing goods exported to Greece and the USA; Acquiring 15% of Greece’s profits by the European Union is, so they should fix it together (who should fix it?) What about women? Today, the world is facing many problems that we did not manage to solve for instance: pollution, water issues, child labor, and the most significant amongst them is gender equality. The delegation of the United States of America will sign an international bill of women rights as mentioned below: Being accepted in jobs without getting involved inwomen lifestyle. (Reformulate the sentence) There should be consequences to all kinds of harassments and abuses to all women. Women should end their relations with any individual who treats her them with violence or like slaves. Promoting women in their...

In the general assembly (GA), the delegates were discussing their resolutions and trying to convince each other so they can be their co-submitters. They were given two topics: the first topic is the right to privacy in the digital age and the second topic is humanitarian aid disaster and relief assistance. In brief, the fist one talks about interfering in others’ personal life and privacy, for example the ones who invade others’ online privacy. Seeing that topic is mostly about privacy, you would definitely find those who don’t respect that policy: the hackers. They sometimes steal people’s identities online either buys illegal goods or lead people to bankruptcy. As a consequence of an event of the sort, hackers blame their crime on the credit card owners, those whose identities were stolen. The second topic is about humanitarian aid disaster and relief assistance. Humanitarian aid is basically when a country helps another with food and water because of the poverty that latter suffers from. As the USA submitted a resolution, UK, Ukraine, Morocco, Germany, Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Somalia and South Africa were all co-submitters. Obviously, privacy (online and offline) is really important to every single one of us, so we should respect that before anything, As for the second topic, it had us all thinking about what we could do to help a country or a person in need.
